Customer Services Representative
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Purpose of the role: To support the business and any colleague to best service our customers
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Represent the company in the best way
- Create a professional and helpful impression on customers
- Dealing with any customer query whether by call or email promptly
- Investigate, resolve or escalate any customer concerns quickly and patiently and in line with the business’s complaint procedures
- Capture customer information and accurately record this into CERM
- Build and maintain good internal relationships
- Creating, filing and recording all office correspondence
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Building up detailed knowledge about our products and services
- Create quotes/estimates in line with the business’s requirements

- Quality of service/product knowledge
- Compliance with internal procedures
- Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude
- Problem-solving and innovation
- Adding value in all tasks
- Supporting all colleagues across the business
- Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring they are completed/transferred effectively

Business Development Manager / South of England
Reports to: Sales Director
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a new Business Development Manager. Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing new business opportunities, delivering sales presentations, managing accounts and generating leads, the role will require strong sales skills and the ability to work remotely.
