Customer Service

From initial enquiry through to final despatch, all our customers are provided with a dedicated internal customer service and external sales contact, who together make sure that the brief is fully understood and reviewed so that the appropriate materials and print process are selected, and that the labels are manufactured to the correct application specifications.

Our customer service team work closely with customers to provide pre-production pdf proofs, updates on production and despatch dates and can assist with export documentation, together with any special delivery arrangements.

Throughout the entire pre-press process, as well as in production, rigorous quality checks are in place in accordance with BRC protocols.
