New BDM appointment supports The Label Makers’ growth strategy

The Label Makers has appointed Rebecca Price as business development manager. With responsibility for account relationships across Scotland and the borders, her role is intended to further support the label manufacturer’s growth objectives.

Her career to date has mainly focused on premium packaging print for the spirits industry, as well as the food and drink, retail and pharmaceutical sectors. Rebecca also brings a wealth of manufacturing and design knowledge and experience to this key role.

Her responsibilities at The Label Makers will cover managing and supporting existing accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and highlighting emerging trends across a varied range of sectors. She will also be working closely with suppliers to pass on new innovations across materials, production and embellishments technologies.

“The extensive capabilities in production, including digital and UV flexo printing, plus the very latest in embellishments techniques, was a real attraction to the role at The Label Makers,” said Rebecca. “It also helps to have a great team to work with across production, customer service and the studio. It was demonstrated to me from the outset, that the company has the time, expertise and equipment to not only deliver the often complex label needs of leading brands, but also support the requirements of emerging businesses and start-ups.

“I am particularly excited to be involved in future developments at the company. Given their awards accolades, it is clear that The Label Makers are held in high regard within the sector and I look forward to being part of their continuing success,” she added.

The Label Makers’ sales director Ben Robinson said: “We are delighted to welcome Rebecca to the company and look forward to seeing her make an impact in her role. She will be looking after a key area for the company and I’m sure her enthusiasm, knowledge and experience will greatly benefit the business and our customers in the Scottish region.”
